Mr. Bernard Nolan joined the ATMC in October 2002 as a Staff Electronics Engineer. He has 35 years of experience in Electrical Engineering with Compaq Computer Corporation and Digital Equipment Corporation.

Mr. Nolan’s background is in UPS and Power Supply product development and testing. For more than seven years he was involved in design, development, testing and production of control, communications and power modules for Alpha servers.

After graduating from Wentworth Institute of Technology with an Associates Degree in Electrical Engineering, he worked his way from a technician with Digital Equipment to principal engineer with Compaq Computer Corporation. Mr. Nolan has diverse experience in engineering ranging from developing magnetic parts to UPS product management to designing computer modules.

While working at Digital Equipment Corporation Mr. Nolan developed course materials and trained test technicians in the theory and operation of EMC susceptability test sites and the equipment.

He holds a Bachelor and a Masters Degrees in Electrical Engineering from Northeastern University.
