The purpose of the ATMC is to provide advanced technology and manufacturing
solutions to meet current and future industry needs. This is accomplished
through building partnerships between Industry and the University. The
format is frequently a fixed price contract with faculty providing the
innovations, students, the bulk of labor and full-time ATMC staff for
the mentoring and guidance needed to deliver on schedule and on budget.

What are the hours of operation?
A. The
ATMC operates Monday through Friday from 8 am to 4:30 pm for most conferences.
Weekend and evening availability can be arranged.

is ample parking in the two parking lots at the ATMC. There is no fee
for parking.

are no University classes held at this facility.

Who can use the Conference Center?

The Conference Center is provided for the use of the University, our Venture
Technology Partners, State/City and Non-Profit Organizations as well as
for private corporations. Events which occur at the ATMC must comply with
the ATMC’s mission of Promoting or Supporting Advanced Technology
& Manufacturing.

We offer a state-of-the-art 200 person auditorium conference room; several

ATMC is easily accessible to both T.F.Green and Logan airport. T.F.Green
in Providence is 27 miles and Logan in Boston is 54 miles.

Yes, all conference rooms are equipped with high-speed Internet access
as well as conference phones and audio-video equipment. In addition, the
ATMC has a state-of-art video conferencing facility.

Yes, our equipment is compatible with the most laptops. We have technical
