Glenn Gertridge – Manufacturing & Innovation , Manufacturing Processes

Glenn Gertridge has over 25 years of manufacturing experience, having held various positions in manufacturing such as General Manager, Technical Director, Quality Manager, and Manufacturing Engineer with companies such as Acushnet Company, Julius Koch USA, Bay State Metal Products, and Hope Webbing. Most recently, Glenn has held Manufacturing & Business Consulting positions with Compass Consulting Associates and Technical Change Associates. Glenn's experience is in the areas of Lean Business Principles, Cellular Manufacturing, Facility Layout, Quality Management Systems, and Strategic Business Planning. He is a Certified Layout Planner in the process of Systematic Layout Planning from University of Kansas. He has developed over 150 facility layout designs nationally.

Glenn is currently a Project Manager for the Massachusetts Manufacturing Extension Partnership responsible sales, delivery and client support for all MassMEP services. The Mass MEP is a non profit manufacturing training and consulting organization whose mission it is to provide training and consulting solutions and services to small and medium sized manufacturers in the state of Massachusetts.
